Provenance: Accompanied with a contemporary newspaper article, regarding a presentation to Mr R G Heather as a farewell gift following thirty-one years service in the city for the bank at 71, Cornhill, London.

Had some work done to it.
Some re-soldering to the base.
Marks are slightly rubbed on the body, but clearer inside the lid.
An old repair to the rim lid.
The hinge is slightly uneven. An old repair to handle. Some scratching to interior.
