An Austro-Hungarian gem set oval hinged locket, c.1930,
on a watch chain, c.1930. The locket with an oval blister pearl in a crimped collet at the centre, with smaller blister pearls and oval mixed cut foiled sapphires and topaz, all in matching collets and scattered square cut foil backed emeralds and split pearls, in matching collets, to an enamelled ground. An articulated enamel bow surmount, set with matching gemstones, to a hand engraved foil back cover and suspended on an Arts & Crafts chain, set with simulated pearls and faceted pink paste beads. Austro-Hungarian mark for 0.800 standard silver. Maker's mark unidentified HB. Locket 65 x 37mm including surmount, 36.72g
