Notes:

A E Jones was an important Arts and Crafts metalworking firm founded by Albert Edward Jones (1879-1954) in 1902 and based in Birmingham until its closure in the 1980s. Originally the firm's major commissions were for ecclesiastical plate and beautifully designed and produced domestic pieces, from the 1930`s onwards, they increasingly specialised in civic plate.
The firm is now recognised as one of the foremost artistic British silversmiths of the early/mid 20th century, their work is highly collectable due to its distinctive design and unwavering and unique style.

Buying a pre-loved, antique, or vintage item not only provides you with unique style and value for money but it also helps to reduce landfill, and the annual emissions of an antique or vintage piece can be as little as one sixteenth of those of its new equivalent!
