TWO INDENTURES on Vellum, each in it’s own leather over wood box: 1- Frederick-William Mulcaster, of Greenford in the county of Middlesex, Captain in the Corps of Royal Engineers… requesting the granting of Arms on the 13 day of May in the 43rd. year of the reign of King George III; Signed: ISAAC HEARD, Garter principal King of Arms, And: GEORGE HARRISON Clarenceux King of Arms. With a coloured shield (440X380 mm), rolled and with two seals in their original tins; 2- ESTHER HARRIS, of Petham, in the county of Kent, spinster, requesting the granting and assigning the Arms as may proper to be borne by her and her descendants according to the Laws of Arms, 1822. Signed: George Nayler, Knight Garter Principal King of Arms; And: RALPH BINGLAND Esq. Clarenceux King of Arms OF south East and West parts of England… With 5 coloured and gilt shields (440X380 mm), rolled and with two seals in their original tins.
