STAYING SAFE

Our priority is to protect our customers and employees, therefore we ask that you continue to wear a face covering if possible when visiting our premises. In addition to this - 

• Our valuers and porters will wear gloves and a mask during your appointment
• Free masks, gloves and hand sanitiser will be provided to all customers
• We ask that you do not visit us if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or are otherwise isolating

COLLECTIONS

We continue to operate a contact-free collection service by appointment, for more information please click here.

• Please ensure you have paid before arranging to collect.
• You must book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to enable us to make sure your items are ready when you arrive.
• If you are collecting larger items of furniture, please ensure there are two of you to carry the items to your vehicle, as we are unable to assist due to current government guidelines.

You can collect in person or instruct your own courier, a recommended list of couriers is available.

AUCTION VIEWINGS

Viewing is available for all of our Specialist Auctions by appointment. For dates and times, please refer to the relevant auction in our Auction Calendar.

We have also enhanced our cataloguing, photography and condition reporting process to make viewing from home almost as good as if you were viewing in person.

BIDDING AT AUCTION

We are pleased to offer in person bidding on sale days, appointments are available but not required. For more information and the many other ways to bid in our auctions, follow the link below.

Our doors are open for valuations at our Stansted Auction Rooms, Hertford Office and London Gallery. Simply book an appointment for your chosen location to help us manage capacity and keep you safe.
