This year's Mental Health Awareness Week gave us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and support open conversations across the business, both onsite and working from home.

This year’s theme, “Take Action”, focused on the importance of small but meaningful actions that can positively impact mental health and wellbeing.
Throughout the week, colleagues were encouraged to take time out of their day to check in with themselves and others, take proper breaks, and start conversations that we may not always make time for during busy working days. We shared wellbeing resources, support information, reading recommendations, and practical guidance to help promote positive mental health both inside and outside of work.

Sworders Colleagues 'Wearing It Green'
To support 'Wear It Green Day', colleagues across Sworders came together wearing green to raise awareness and show support for mental health. The kitchens were stocked with snacks and biscuits to encourage people to step away from their desks, connect with colleagues, and take a moment for themselves.
We were also delighted to launch our Mental Health Champion initiative, with employees volunteering to undertake Mental Health Awareness training to help continue promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and support across the business.
Mental health awareness is not limited to one week; the conversations, support, and actions taken this week are part of our ongoing ability to speak openly about wellbeing.
Situated in the heart of South Kensington, 18 Thurloe Square forms part of one of London's most distinguished nineteenth-century garden residences, and we are delighted to offer items from this collection in our forthcoming Fine Interiors sale.
