A 1953 Airstream 'Flying Cloud' travel trailer

A 1953 Airstream 'Flying Cloud' travel trailer,
serial number 7541, one of the most iconic designs of the 20th century, the polished alloy ‘bubble' shape of an Airstream travel trailer has turned heads on the highway since the 1930s,
21ft approximately

Imported from the US in 2006 and towed to its present site, this has been kept outside and raised off its wheels. The interior has been stripped out and the remaining original parts have been kept, which includes the original Marvel fridge, a double sink and some case furniture that has been stored flat-packed for some years. The Airstream was delivered to the saleroom on a low-loader and we believe that it would need to undergo some restoration work inside and out.

Take advantage of our Sworders Delivery Service. Please see 'Shipping estimate' below.

Sold for £6,800

Buying a pre-loved, antique, or vintage item not only provides you with unique style and value for money but it also helps to reduce landfill, and the annual emissions of an antique or vintage piece can be as little as one sixteenth of those of its new equivalent!
