30 (of probably 65) loose mounted albumen photographic views on original mounts, most titled and signed in pencil by Frith, from 'Pictures from Switzerland and the Italian Lakes, photographed by Frith', about 1870.
Views include: Lake Como; Lake of Lucerne; Bay of Lugano from the Hotel des Parc; Lake Maggiore; The Promontory of Menaggio, Lago Como; Varenna, Lago Como; Berne; Gersau; Interlaken; Lugano; Unterseen + the Jungfrau; Milan Cathedral.
Twenty four landscape - approx. 16 x 21cm. and six portrait - approx. 21 x 16cm. Mounts 32 x 39.5cm. & 39.5 x 32cm
Plus one further albumen photographic view titled ' No. 182 Hospice et Lac Du Grimsel' by Florentin Joseph Charnaux (Swiss, 1819-1883) 18.5 x 25.5cm. Mount 30 x 40cm

There were probably 65 originally in the set. They are discoloured and have browning, foxing and some water damage, mainly to edges
