Chips and abrasions to gemstones.
Centre stone possibly a later replacement, claws to that stone appear to have been retipped.
Some wear/scratches to mount.
Shank is possibly a later replacement.

Glazed panel worn and abraded.
Some porosity around head.
Gold casing worn, base metal showing.
A later section of shank added at base.
