Condition Report

There is a little dirt on the cameo, but the detail of the carving is crisp; the gold is bright and fresh - the piece has evidently had very little wear. The pin is slightly bent; and the panel is tight in the frame when swivelled to display the glazed side. However, the quality of craftsmanship of both the cameo and the mount is high, and undiminished by time.
