Framed: 49 x 38.5cm
Light undulations to the canvas. The work has a glossy varnish and when viewed in raking light some light vertical creases in the canvas are visible to the top right quarter. There is some rubbing to the varnish around the edges. There is a very small spot of craquelure starting to emerge to the shelf in the background on the left side, please see images. In my opinion when viewed on the wall the work presents well overall and is ready to hang. Examined under UV light some unevenness to the varnish is apparent but there is no obvious retouching.
