Wyllie exhibited and exchanged with Russian artists during Glastnost, contributing to the foundation of Art Kontakt Russia/UK - an independent, international group of thinkers and artists, who now head and thrive in the leading art establishments in Karelia, Russia. Wyllie often works in an artistic partnership with Clare O'Hagen. Together, these artists have worked on a number of projects, including 'Transformations in Science and Art', a 42-metre cross-media work, on permanent exhibition in the Royal Mint Building, London.
