Condition Report
Teapot and cover: some rubbing and marks, particularly under spout, lid has two chips
Sugar bowl: has foot rim chip, much scratching to brown glaze area and green top rim 'X' crack inside (but not right through)
Milk jug: has three chips to foot rim and white loss of yellow glaze under spout
12 plates - two have rim chips beneath, all have scratching to brown centres, several have wear to green on edges
10 saucers - two have edge chips, one on top, one below, one has centre crack, all have scratching to brown glazed areas and some to green rims
11 cups - one with major crack, one with hairline crack, one with re-attached handle
1 cake plate - heavily scratched to brown glazed area, large star crack to base
conical sugar sifter - top re-attached
Honeypot - top has two cracks and 4/5 tiny chips, base has losses to orange paint on flowers and scratching to brown glaze base
Tankard - no apparent damage

If you cannot attend the auction in person we can bid on your behalf. You can leave an absentee bid on our website.
The amount you bid should be your maximum bid. We will bid up to that limit for you, and remember you may end up paying less than your limit, depending on other bidding on the day.
You can leave an absentee bid up to half an hour before the start of any sale. Please note when we receive two or more absentee bids for the same amount, the first bid received will be the one taken.

Please note that we normally offer this service for lots with an estimate of £500 or higher and all telephone bid requests must be received by close of business the day before the auction.
