Our much-loved Homes & Interiors sales have received a fresh new look and format! In September 2025, we were delighted to launch Open House – our new series of weekly timed sales. Designed to be more accessible, more frequent, and to once again offer the excitement of viewing items in person before bidding, Open House brings a renewed energy to the Homes & Interiors experience.
Each week, Open House showcases a carefully curated selection of lots in a friendly, easy-to-browse format. Whether you’re looking for distinctive furniture, statement décor, or timeless design pieces, there’s always something new waiting to be discovered.
For vendors, Open House provides a faster, more flexible way to sell. Weekly sales allow consignments to be entered and offered to buyers almost immediately, while public viewings give prospective bidders the chance to see items up close.
Bidding opens at 6pm every Tuesday, with lots beginning to close from 7pm the following Monday. Sales are open for public viewing on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 10am–3pm.
Our specialists hold regular valuation days. Please contact us for more information, or complete the online form to enquire about the valuation of your items.

We are delighted to present an extraordinary collection of lots from the 1st Viscount Trenchard in our final Homes & Interiors sale, to be conducted live on Tuesday 2 September. Widely celebrated as the ‘Father of the Royal Air Force’ and the ‘patron saint of modern air power,’ this collection offers a rare opportunity to own pieces connected to a pivotal figure in military history.

To mark the 210th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo, we are proud to present an extraordinary and highly personal relic from the battlefield - a silver-mounted inkwell made from the ear of Bos, the horse ridden by Lieutenant-Colonel Henry D’Oyly, who served with distinction in the 3rd Battalion of the 1st Foot Guards. This unique memento, preserved by the D’Oyly family for over two centuries, has now been consigned to the Homes & Interiors sale at Sworders.
