Militaria and Medals

Militaria and Medals

Sworders have been providing specialist valuations for auction since 1782.

Our Militaria and Medals department conducts two specialist sales per year. The sales include Medals & Decorations, Badges & Insignia, Swords, Pistols, Rifles, Bayonets, Military Pictures, Uniforms and Helmets.

Our specialists are on hand to talk you through the process of selling at auction step by step, offering a quick turnaround for your goods with high prices realised by marketing your consignments to prospective bidders based all around the world.

The market for medals is particularly strong for:

  • Peninsula War
  • Waterloo
  • Crimean War
  • Indian Mutiny
  • Boer War
  • First World War
  • Second World War

We are currently welcoming entries of Militaria and Medals for inclusion in the Homes and Interiors sale on Tuesday 30 October 2018 - closing date Friday 22 October.

To find out more about our forthcoming sales or talk further about potential consignments, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
