Sworders’ team of knowledgeable and approachable specialists are delighted to be heading back to Snape Maltings this autumn for an informal talk and Q&A, followed by an opportunity for valuations.

On Thursday 8 October, we will be at the recently reopened The Trask, Snape Maltings, where we’ll be making the most of its beautiful new space and terrace overlooking the River Alde estuary.
We’ll be kicking off the day with a free informal talk and Q&A on valuations for Estate Planning and Collection Management. It’s a chance to find out how a professional valuation can help you understand, organise and plan for the future of a collection – whether or not you’re thinking about selling.
From 11.15am, we will then be on hand to offer free valuations across a range of categories, including Silver, Ceramics, Works of Art, Pictures, Jewellery, Modern Design and more.
Bring along a favourite painting, a piece of inherited silver, a piece of jewellery, a ceramic you’ve always wondered about – or simply an object with a story to tell. The team will be happy to share their knowledge and offer an insight into its history, significance and place in today’s market.
And if you’re considering selling, we can also talk you through the options and what might be involved.
No appointment necessary – valuations are offered throughout the day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ample parking and refreshments available.
For larger collections, or items that are difficult to transport, we can come to you. A home valuation provides an opportunity to look at your collection in its own setting and discuss your plans, whether you’re considering estate planning, insurance, collection management or a potential future sale.
