Jewellery is one of the most popular, wide-ranging and dynamic areas of the art market. Jewellery in all our sales is appraised and catalogued by our vastly experienced, deeply knowledgeable and highly qualified specialist, Catriona Smith.
Catriona is a registered valuer with the National Association of Jewellers and is available, by appointment, to share her knowledge with both vendors and prospective purchasers. She is able to advise, appraise and discuss pieces as diverse as gemstones, jade, amber and costume jewellery, and prepare formal valuations for sale, insurance and probate purposes.

Catriona has been in the jewellery trade for over 35 years, spending 15 years working for the crown jewellers, Mappin and Webb. She is a registered valuer with the National Association of Jewellers, who through her knowledge and enthusiasm has overseen a huge expansion in our jewellery sales.
