An Icon of the Mother of God of Tenderness

This is a very rare depiction of the Christ Child tightly holding His mother, with her finger pointing towards him. Lazarev contains a similar example showing the pointing index finger, which is dated to 1314.
This icon has been radiocarbon-dated to 1302-1367/ 1382-1420.
