Davy Jones's Locker - Michael Bolton
A unique box which is parcel-gilt of upright cylindrical form and oval section. The exterior is applied in high relief with a plethora of underwater creatures amongst shells and seaweed and embellished with gilt bubbles, cabochon garnets, and moonstones. The interior contains a chained Neptune’s trident and chained anchor. Height 11.4cm. London 1989
