Our Stansted Mountfitchet site is the proud home to three beehives, that have generously provided copious amounts of honey this year. Jars of raw honey have been offered in return for donations towards 'Red Kite Support', our charity of the year.

After our second full year with beehives on site at Sworders, we were excited to discover that three hives had over-wintered and sprung into action in this spring. After a dry summer, the wildflowers and plants in and around our Stansted Mountfitchet site have been once again bursting with nectar and pollen.
The honey that is thereby produced we then extract, and once divided into jars, offer it to our clients and visitors. The money raised through purchases of our 'Sworders' Raw Honey' goes to charity, and once the tasty honey has been enjoyed, the jars are returned to us for recycling so that we can use them again next year.
Following a company-wide vote, Red Kite Support emerged as the top choice among our team at Sworders to be our ‘Charity of the Year’ for 2025. 'Red Kite Support | Empowering Communities Together' is a charity supporting victims of rape and abuse, in Hertfordshire and West Essex.
We have proudly raised over £500 from donations for the honey we have sold at Sworders Fine Art Auctioneers and at Folies of Stansted over the summer.
Thank you to all who have kindly donated, and we hope you are enjoying the honey! Here’s to another honey harvest in 2026….
Two striking glass vessels by San Francisco-based glassmaker David Patchen, formerly owned by Sir Elton John, are set to be offered at auction this autumn. The pair of Foglio vases will appear in our inaugural edition of The Glass Sale, taking place on 28 October, with each carrying an estimate of £3,000–5,000.
