VIEW UPCOMING AUCTIONS REQUEST A VALUATION EXPLORE BRITTEN PEARS ARTS
Sworders was delighted to host the first of a new series of Valuation Days in partnership with Britten Pears Arts, welcoming both familiar faces and many people new to us. Our specialists spent the day uncovering stories, sharing expertise, and offering guidance, with several exciting consignments now heading towards future sales.

Beyond the treasures themselves, the day gave us the chance to introduce Sworders to a wider Suffolk audience and to begin what promises to be a rewarding partnership with Britten Pears Arts. The warm reception we received has already inspired plans for a second event in our Winter Season.

This collaboration forms part of Sworders’ Corporate Membership with Britten Pears Arts, the pioneering charity that has been a cultural cornerstone of the Suffolk Coast since 1948. Custodians of both Snape Maltings and The Red House, Britten Pears Arts continues to champion world-class performance, artistic innovation, and inclusive community programmes, guided by its mission “to make the arts useful to all.”
